My experience stems from a combination of formal education and my award-winning work experience in the digital marketing field.
Nine to Five, I have been working as an integral part of the Digital Surfer team, where I combine my SEO expertise with creative thinking to produce award-winning campaigns for clients I work with. As an SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist, I pride myself on partnering with clients to help drive real business growth through a variety of digital strategies.
Outside of work, My passion sees me constantly working on my own portfolio of websites to ensure I can keep up with the latest trends and strategies. This dedication is what allows me to stand out and produce high-quality results for businesses like yours.
Education
Boasting an impressive educational resume. I had the pleasure of spending 5 years living & studying on scholarship in the US where I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Digital Marketing & eCommerce. WMU is at the forefront of the digital space being one of the first universities in the country to offer a designated digital marketing degree program.
My degree is also complimented by having completed a Certificate III in Media from TAFE NSW & several other industry certifications. While I believe that having a formal education is a great way to enhance your skills, I still believe nothing beats actual time on the tools when it comes to digital marketing & SEO.
My excitement for continual growth has seen me giving back to the digital marketing program at WMU through participating in their mentoring program where I have been lucky enough to mentor several great students.

Where Is Ryan From?
Ryan grew up and currently lives on the Gold Coast, Australia. He lived in the USA for University for around 5 years from 2016 to 2021.

Ryan was born on the 25th of April in 1997.
Fun Fact: Ryan’s birthday is on ANZAC Day and he shares this day with 2 other immediate family members.
What Does Ryan Do Outside Of Digital Marketing.
I grew up playing Inline Hockey & Ice Hockey. This was actually the reason I moved the the United States on a Roller Hockey Scholarship in 2016 where I played & studied at Bethel University in Tennessee, and then Western Michigan University to finish my degree. I have also represented Australia 3 times for Inline hockey at Oceania and world championships.
Other hobbies I like are Pickleball, Golf, Going To The Beach and Travelling
Fun Fact: I have also recently taken up playing Pickleball and am starting to compete in some tournaments.
What's My Favourite Travel Destination
I have been lucky enough to be well-traveled in my life.
New York is one of my favourite places in the world. However, closer to home Bali, Indonesia is a top holiday spot also.
Fun Fact: I have been to Bali over 12 times with the first 2 being at 6 months & 18 months old.
